I don't know which PCM sensor.
On the cracked belt, could the fact that my car uses some oil be a contributing factor to this happening? Also, does this have anything to do with the AC? My AC is not working (it was working a year ago, when I last used it), but I thought it just needed to be charged.
Belts just tend to crack and dry rot with age. As Roy said, it is very critical and should be repaired as soon as possible. Will lose power steering, water pump, and alternator usage. Which can result in possable loss of control of the car, over heating and a dead battery.
