I have replace my cooler temp sensor. Still P0117 came up to my scanner.

GM had many problems with the connectors for the temp. sensors on the saturn platforms. Replace the connector clear the codes by removing both battery cables and touching together. Run the vehicle up to operating temperature (until the cooling fan comes on).
