Do you have to remove the rear break light lens to replace the bulb?

What is your question?

Rubber gasket around wire leading into light but cann't get to bulb. Looks like two (2) screws holding lens but not slot or philips head.

15 torx to remove the 2 housing screws. press tab and twist socket.
