Bolt torque info for engine overhaul

What is your question?

The 2000 and newer DOHC has 10 holes down the center of the oil baffle for the main bearing cap bolts to protrude through acting as studs. Although I have found the torque values for the threaded inserts in these holes, I can not find the torque value for the nuts that go on the studs coming through these holes. Does anyone know the correct torque for these nuts?
