Have just spent a week trying to get a 2000 Saturn SL2 started, after the starter failed. Replaced the starter, and determined that there was no spark. Replaced the Crankshaft Position Sensor (CPS), the ignition coil pack, Autozone determined that the Ignition Control Module (ICM) was fine, and even replaced the PCV valve...nothing. One recommendation online was to check the fuses, so we pulled each one. Determined that the 10 Amp PCM fuse was blown (Powertrain Control Module located just behind the battery). Replaced the fuse, poured gas into the carburetor, and tried to crank it...success! One 10 Amp fuse took this car totally offline.
