What is your question?
when i drive down the road my car will throw it out of gear but only fifth gear then after that its hard to get it to go back in to any gear so would that be the cluch or transmition or what?

I've had problems with shifting into gear myself. In my case I had to remove the center console to access under the stick. The shifter connects with two cables that go to the transmission. In my case one of these connectors had went bad, and I couldn't put the car into gear at all. I recommend you check out under the stick before the problem gets worse.
