Dash lights and instruments not working car starts but won't stay running

Hello, Sounds like an issue with the powertrain control module, or you have issues delivering power to the PCM. Check your fuses under the hood for power. Not a visual inspection, but turn the key to "ON" and see if there is power on both sides of the PCM fuse, and that the main relay is clicking on. You may have some cleaning to do, or you could just try pulling the fuses and re-inserting them a few times to recreate contact between the fuses and fuse block. You should also check for voltage at the PCM to determine if it is actually being powered. It controls everything you listed as failing.
