It was running last summer.
But It does not look like the compressor is even coming on at all... your saying that it would not come on at all if the coolant is too low?
That is correct when the refrigerant reaches a certain level most systems are designed to shut off the compressor so damage does not occur Dan
what if: both Fans not working on radiator, A/C filled refrig work for mo. now no fans an hot a/c
