My coolant hose manifold nipple has broken. i found a repair kit on Ebay for 2001 saturn SC2 & SL2. i have a 2001 S-Series. Has anyone used this kit or have an alternative fix. Could i drill a small hole and place some type nipple and glue it in? HELP!

If you are talking the nipple on the front of the intake manifold, I have seen a few U-tube videos on the repair. There are two two engines that can come in your car. One manifold type is still available $450.00 parts cost and would need to verify VIN code. I have not heard of anybody having luck with glue or epoxy repairs to cooling system components. Can't match heating/cooling, expansion/contraction rates always end up leaking. We would be happy to take a look under our Free Inspections and Test Drives and give you our opinion.
