CHeck the bulbs. If the bulbs have been changed recently maybe the wrong bulbs were installed.If the third brake light works then your getting power to the rear and you have an issue with the lower brake light bulbs/circuit.

yes all lights work but tail lights all bulbs changed all fuses replaced still no tail lights
