I stored my car for winter. Could the battery be run down? but the lights come on when I try to start the car.

I would normally suggest a jump start but lately on this site... TOO MANY posted questions about what to do after the cables were hooked up *Bass-Ackwards*... So I guess I won't suggest that anymore! .. Seems the task is just too complicated to be done correctly!
Odds are the battery is low.....probably needs charged or 'jumped'. Be careful to do properly......
Can I touch my tongue to the battery to test it? LOL!
