I would normally suggest a jump start but lately on this site... TOO MANY posted questions about what to do after the cables were hooked up *Bass-Ackwards*... So I guess I won't suggest that anymore! .. Seems the task is just too complicated to be done correctly!

Can I touch my tongue to the battery to test it? LOL!

Odds are the battery is low.....probably needs charged or 'jumped'. Be careful to do properly......
