What is your question?
My 99 coupe won't start battery is new, plugs and wires are new, starter is new, coil packs test has proven they are working. I was throwing misfire code on cylinder 4. I pulled intoy yard and turned it off, now it won't start, turn the key and get power to most everything, won't start, starter doesn't make a noise at all. I'm kinda stuck and don't know what I should check next. Any suggestions?

Hello, I’m Pete from the Car Genius team at RepairPal. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this concern on your 1999 Saturn SC2. Based on the information provided since you are able to rotate the key to attempt to start your vehicle and the starter itself is not engaging and you know for sure you have good electrical power to your vehicle this type of concern in some cases can be caused by an internal electrical fault with the engine starter itself, the starter relay, a fuse panel concern, a blown fuse or fusible link, or even something like an internal electrical failure with a component like the electronic ignition switch itself to where it may need to be replaced. I recommend having all of these checked into and tested to identify which component is found to be at fault so it can then be repaired properly from there to resolve this concern. This testing in some cases can involve using special test equipment that most shops use.
