There are kits you can buy or just use fine toothpaste, water and a cotton rag. Works well.

fine tooth paste will not work on glass that has a thick plastic coating, this stuff needs to be removed with fine sand paper and buffed with a product made for headlights. then they should be recoated. products are available commercially and some shops can perform this service for you.
