Why does saturn sc2 have hard start when cold?

I would start with checking the fuel pressure and finding out what the coolant temp is.

I upped my battery to 800 cranking amps. In addition, my old battery was still under2 year warranty with reciept from Walmart. They refunded old battery in full and I just paid a $33.00 difference. Now I have a 5 year warranty and 800 cranking amps! No problems starting.
