The pop-up headlight doors on my 1996 Saturn SC2 do not open, especially in warm weather. After I hand crank them open they will continue to operate as long as I open and close them everyday, but if the car sits for a few days they will not open and will need to be cranked open by hand again. This problem occurs more often in warm weather and seems to resolve itself during the colder months of the year. The fuse was not the issue and has been replaced. What else could be causing this issue? Thank you for your help.
