I recently replaced lower control arm assys/ball joints on this car .

Jack up the front right tire. Without removing the tire, grab the tire at the 9 and 3 o'clock position. See if there is play in the tire from left to right. You shouldn't be able to move the right tire without the left tire moving. If there is play, with the car supported by jack stands, get under the car and see if the tie rod ends (inner or outer) are the cause.
