My 2000 Satern SC1 sometimes will not start or even turn over sometimes.

What is your question?

All electrical works but the car does nothing even click when trying to start sometimes other times works fine.

Check two items. Starter motor and also neutral position safety switch. If these are not the solution, I would suggest checking the key cylinder in the vehicle. Leaning toward neutral position safety switch.
