All electrical works yet u turn key and nothing happens not even a click

Probable starting motor failure, ignition cylinder or neutral position safety switch. I would start checking these for issues first. If you have a buddy who can help, trying starting the vehicle while someone taps on the starting motor. If the car starts, the starting motor will need replaced (this trick doesn't always work though). Otherwise, check the other two.

I checked all ground wires.
