help car wont start i think its the ignition switch itself

car will not start battery starter cylinoid fuses everything check out just no engine movement whatsoever all lights workdash lights as well but do not go off when key is turned to final start position

how do you know the starter is ok if the motor wont turn?? better look closer at the starter before going anywhere else. Roy

starter was tested along with cylinoid fuse panels grounds cables and battery took off steering column cover wiggled some wires and touched the park saftey switch and it started worked for 2 days just fine now wont start retied the magic touch again but nothing im lost
