about 700-900 depending on which parts and labor rate. Parts needed; Timing chain, camshaft sprocket, guides, tensionor, crankshaft sprocket, oil pump plate, sealer, oil filer and oil. Dealership used to sell this as a kit. I beleive labor time was about 4-5 hours, most techs did job in under hour.
