What is your question?
Turn signals are out and bulbs are good. It’s not in the fuse boxes (passenger interior or under hood.) Also not under drivers side of dash board. The”clicking” sound is coming from right behind the blinker lights in the dash. Do I have to remove the dash to find it? I just found out that the brake lights are out. Not sure if it’s all related.

Hello, Dave here, contributing to RepairPal and providing expert advice since 2010. Several things strike me from reading your question: 1) If you hear a clicking sound like the turn signals are operating, then it's likely not related to a "flasher" or "flash relay" concern. 2) Do the front signals work? Do those bulbs light up as parking lights? 3) Do the rear lights light up as parking lights? 4) If you have no brake light operation, then most certainly it's going to affect your signal operation. You shared that "bulbs are good" - how did you check this? Which bulbs did you check? There are just a bunch of questions - so I'm going to suggest consulting with a local shop near you. https://repairpal.com/auto-repair-near-me Click the link or call us at 877-913-1554.
