What is your question?
We just changed the alternator, battery, and radiator in my 2010 Saturn outlook xr v6 and it went from cranking on a dime to not cranking at all. It acts like it wants to crank but spitters like it needs gas it has half a tank and we checked the fuel pump and it is still in good working condition. We also checked the fuel pump control module and it is still getting power to it so we are lost with what could possibly be the cause to it not cranking please help.
How long has your 2010 Saturn Outlook had this problem?

First: The definition of "not crank" is that the engine does not turn at all when you turn the key. You are saying it will "turn over" - but "not crank". That's contradictory. I am going to take it that you mean that the engine cranks but will not start. If this is the case, you need to check for fuel delivery to the engine by doing a fuel pressure test, check for ignition spark, check ignition timing, check engine compression, check the air intake, check for emission control operation. Among those areas, one or more things may not be right. This requires hands-on testing further to find out why.
