Car runs great after changing coils and plugs but computer light wont go off after driving 200 miles and getting a fail reset with my 35.00 obd2 scanner
What makes this problem better or worse?
If it fail while resetting light with obd2 but light goes off till i start car up agin the light comes back on
How long has your 2009 Saturn Outlook had this problem?

If the check engine light is still on and the codes are stored and not current it should clear even with a cheap scanner. If you are saying your readiness monitors aren't resetting then you may need to drive it a little longer but also make sure trouble codes aren't coming back. Try going for longer drives so it gets up to operating temperature. Alex
