Is my issue caused Blower Climate Resistor or the AC Temp Heater Climate Control

Climate Resistor Heater/AC Blower Motor Part # 21991977 2003 Saturn L200. VIN: 3Y569809
My 2003 Saturn LW200 ac been fine, then on digital climate control speed of blower set to manual blows fast then really slow to a crawl. When 80 degree and sunny runs fine for 10-15 minutes then slows to crawl or even stops but cool air still withering from vents. If I turn blower nob low to high it may kick in again or if I wait 5 minutes while car still running it likely starts working again for 10, 15 or event 20+ minutes without issue. Hot weather seems to have effect. I'm told it could be "Blower Climate Resistor" or my research may suggest it's the "AC Temp Heater Climate Control" because today when it slowed to a crawl and stopped, I tapped on nob and and blower picked up speed to almost full speed again. I normally operated ac in auto mode, but with these present issue I use in manual. What are your thoughts?
