Drivers seat stuck in recline. up/down and front/back adjustments still work.

The seat adjustment to recline down worked (obviously) but it won't come back up.

Unfortunately the seat will have to be removed and upholstery removed to examine what is wrong. Sometimes cheaper to get a second hand seat but that isn't a very common car may be hard to locate a seat.
