driving the car and sometime it cuts off. now car wont start but it cranks.

You need to have it ck for codes prob. a Po727 crank sen. were very comm. but unless it stored a code a tech need to ck . it while the prob. is there.
i would check fuel pressure. yes, there are sensors but no need to throw parts at it till you find the exact issue. Roy
Agree with Roy on both points. There is a company that independent auto repair shops get their information from, this same information is available inexpensively for people that work on their own cars.. The information is year make and model specific, covering repair procedures, torque specifications, fluid capacities and specifications, service bulletins, component locations, wiring diagrams ect....
