What would happen if i cut all the wires for the drivers seat motor

What is your question?

Since i cut the wires to the motor under my seat my dash lights are flickering and fuze boxes ticking. I cut the wires under the seat because the motor byrnt up and i could no longer move my seat so i cut the wires and made it to where i could move it manually.

What makes this problem better or worse?
