My headlights wont turn on or off i have to pull the fuses or put the fuses in to make them work. Have you heard of this before

We replaced the BCM and that didnt help and all fuses seem to be fine. It dings at me if the headlights switch is turned on but it isnt turning the headlights on or off

Do you have a headlight switch that has an "auto lamp" feature, turning the lights on when the vehicle senses it is dark? If so, you could have a switch issue as well. Testing is required.
