Why do my doors unlock on their own?

When I go over bumps mostly. But, if I touch the ignition cylinder lock a certain way the doors will unlock. I have changed out ignition cylinder lock three weeks ago. I also took switch out and took unlock relay out. So it must have something to do with what causes doors to lock when I start to drive off

What makes this problem better or worse?
