my scanner is showing "not ready" for 2 codes on my car after driving over 200 miles

What is your question?

I reset my codes on my car (with my own scanner) and I've driven over 200 miles since then and the O2 sensor and evap sensor still show incomplete. I've tried all the recommendations I can find to get the drive cycle to complete. I've been driving like normal for 4 days and I checked it this morning and they are still incomplete. Is there something wrong with the car or does it take this long because I've done this before and it usually fully completes at around 50 miles. Its a 2002 saturn l200.
