The code you are getting is Heated Oxygen Sensor Heater Resistance Bank 1 Sensor 1. This code does not necessarily mean that the Oxygen Sensor's heater is bad, you could have a problem in that circuit. That's why you always want to diagnose the part as bad before changing it.
