Why won't my car start?

What is your question?

I just had battery replaced and it made a fluttery noise left bottom inside car. Now car wont start completely dead. It sounded as if the battery was no good so I replaced it with brand new one. Any suggestions?

What makes this problem better or worse?

It acts up in the summer.
