If everything has been replaced on 06 saturn ion but car still not processing the coolant properly through engine, running hot, what is problem (s)?

New radiator, thermostat, hoses, all new not used, but liquids still not flowing through , revs and radiator not processing throughout motor.

What makes this problem better or worse?

No liquids going through to keep cool
