What is your question?
Ihave a strong smell of gas and the code is reading 0036 which is the o2 sensors.I have recently had those replaced but the light is popping back on.I just discovered that there is gas leaking from under the car from one of the plastic gas lines connecting to the fuel filter. Are those plastic lines replaceable and if so whats the estimate on something like this...

Repairing fuel lines is one of those jobs that is very hard to estimate without first inspecting the vehicle. You'll need to have a shop look at this to know what is needed to fix the leak. I advise you don't drive this with a fuel leak, have it towed to be safe. Here are some shops close to you: http://repairpal.com/saturn-repair-in-lakeland-florida
might be a problem with the recall saturn has put out on it, i was sent a letter for this problem, they will fix it if your car is registered in a certain state, but it has to do with the MRA, i guess the plastic connections will crack due to high heat weather,
