Changed ignition switch and did. The relearn process, but car still doesn't start and passlock symbol don't flash to do the process again what do I do now

2006 Saturn ion Changed ignition switch and did the relearn process. Car didn't start. Can't try relearn process again cause passlock symbol don't flash anymore. Also when trying to start car the engine doesn't even try to crank over there is absolutely nothing. What now

Car did the not starting and had to put key in door four times then wouldn't start at all for 2wks now
