Twice within 2 weeks my saturn ion will not start. I turn the key, no click, nothing. I did hear under the hood a sound like unto a ventilator. I bought a new battery so it is not that. But, if I have the car "jumped" with battery cables, it starts immediately. Other time, I waited 5 minutes, I turned the ignition and it started immediately. What's my problem? It has 57k original miles on it. It is not due to cold weather. I live in Florida.
