What is your question?
My Saturn ion feels like no fuel getting to engine the battery is good all fuses are good but engine feels like no fuel is getting to it so it won't start.before this happened it would feel like no fuel was getting to engine sometimes I would have to pump on the gas cause it felt like it would turn off so I'd turn it off and wait then turn it back on but after two or three times it would turn on and when gas got to a half tank it would start shaking like no fuel is getting to engine and would turn off I checked the fuses and all are good new starter new alternator new sparks new ignition switch and the part on to of engine where sparks connect to is new also it's an 2004 Saturn ion 2.2 but like I said now it won't start sounds like no fuel getting to the engine it won't kick over and start to get the car going battery is charged I'm thinking fuel pump what do you think
What makes this problem better or worse?
As time passed it just got worse now it wont start
How long has your 2004 Saturn Ion had this problem?
For about nine or ten months

Hello, testing is needed. Everything you mention is a guess, and although sometimes it could help, and maintenance is a good idea (plugs, etc) -- ultimately you're missing a large part of the puzzle if you do not have a diagnostic tool that you can connect to the vehicle, retrieve any diagnostic trouble codes that are present, analyze them, and along with any (or even if there are none) monitor related components that affect engine performance. To run the vehicle, your engine has to be in proper time and have adequate, even compression. You must have enough fuel delivery to the engine, spark, and the proper amount of air coming in. My sense is you have a fuel / air ratio issue and that testing will illustrate that if the person doing the testing is using proper equipment, reference material and has experience. And no, I do not think about the fuel pump as a likely cause. A fuel pressure test at the fuel rail will determine if you have adequate fuel pressure. Good luck.
