Hi My condition not working, I should to change ac compressor. Can I use ac compressor of Malibu 2009, is it the same or not..? As I heard Malibu and Saturn have the same spare part.. Thank you

Hello, Just go by the VIN number to be safe (call dealer part department for the right one). The compressor on your vehicle may be the same as the one on many other vehicles, but there are often variations that are recorded by production number. I don't, however, recommend you open the air conditioning refrigerant system. The system is sealed, under pressure, and you can get a nasty chemical burn from opening it without recovering the refrigerant first. The other part of that is the air conditioner has to be charged by a professional anyways, so you might as well let them diagnose it to prevent unnecessary part replacement and cost.
