clutch sticking

What is your question?

when i press in on the clutch it sticks at the bottom i have to keep mashing in on it for it to come back up

well, if it is a hraulic clutch, you will need to replace the slave and master since you have beat up the master. if it is cable, it may be frayed or seized. have a shop check it for you and get a bid Roy
