You might find a free manual here: http://bit.ly/autozone_repair_info or go to http://bit.ly/alldata_repair_manuals or http://bit.ly/mitchell_repair_manuals_online and get an online repair manual subscription.
There is a carpet flap in the trunk on the right side. Open the flap and there is a valve. Open it to raise and lower top manually without damaging your pistons. Close it to use the motor. The motor is located under the back seat. There are about 6 or so screws under the front lip. Pull the seat out and you have acsess to your top motor.
There is a red lever behind the passenger side rear seat. pull that and you should have your manually raise and lower. make sure you pull it all the way tho. then when you push it back for normal operation, you need to go in trunk and behind the left trunk lining is a motor set up behind which needs to be pulled back into position.
