https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4kEFbkbug68 Igniters usually go from high amperage draw on the light system. ( melting lens is a good indicator of this.) This could be caused from moisture getting in (cracked lens) bad / loose connections will cause high amp draw. Check for corroded wires , especially ground wires , where they screw onto the body / frame. Also look at the wires in the harness at the light assembly, to see if any of the wires are stuck together. If the wires got hot ,the insulation on the wire can melt, allowing 2 or more wires to touch together. If 2 power sources melt together or a power & ground ,you will also have problems
