Front wheels won't engage

What is your question?

When back tires spins on wet pavement the front won't engage this has never gave me any indications there was a problem and there is no warning lights on in the car I have replaced the hub bearings and rotors on the front could something is far as wiring come loose what could be causing this

If you have an A4WD model (automatic, not selectable), then the front wheels should have power transferred to them -- starting with the right front -- when wheel slip occurs. If this is not happening, then there may be a transfer case issue or possibly a front wheel hub issue.
