On 3 separate occasions car will not start without a jump. Battery is new 1yr & ck out ok. Any ideas?

The battery acts as if it is not holding a charge, but when checked it reads ok 12.4volts. Wondering if voltage regulator bad, or something draining battery when engine not running. While driving on the highway recently all the brake sensors lit up RED & the speedometer stop working for several minutes then came back on by itself.
