2009 SAAB 9-3 2.0T - dropping level of coolant in reservoir

My 2009 SAAB 9-3 2.0T (78000 Miles) started to taking coolant from the reservoir (around 200 ml/week). The system pressure test was done, no leaks. Few days ago, only after 4000k, oil change was done and oil filter was collapsed. The car is in excellent condition, maintain always done on time etc. I'd appreciate any suggestion on how to fix this issue. Thanks!

I have no explanation for your concern, and there are many factors and variables that can influence what's going on.
I do not know that a cooling system fluid loss is related to the collapsed oil filter issue. In fact, it doesn't sound relatable.
