key not accepted car won't start or turnover

The error is caused when the ignition becomes slightly loose. Either press any button on the fob while turning the key to override the "unaccepted" error (which always works). Or, pull up on the ignition slightly before turning the key (which doesn't always work). My mechanic says only a couple MM off will make the sensor malfunction.
