What is your question?
My Ram has around 44,330 miles and is making a rhythmic humming noise and vibration in floor between 60 and 75mph. It happens when going straight and gets worse when turning to the right. It gets quieter when turning to the left. Makes the same noise in Rear wheel drive and Four Wheel Drive. Also makes the same noise when the transmission is in neutral at those speeds. Just replaced tires thinking the noise was from them but it didn’t change the sound. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
What makes this problem better or worse?
It gets worse turning to the right and better turning to the left. Goes away when not at 60-75mph.
How long has your 2017 Ram 1500 had this problem?
Several months

Hands on inspection is really needed to find out what is going on. Initial thoughts are that you could have a wheel bearing issue, possibly on the right front, as your concern is happening regardless of transmission and 4WD engagement. But it is way too hard to know for sure without testing, and cannot be guessed at. Good luck!
Quite often, a seasoned technician with a well trained ear combing years of practical experience with a simple ‘test drive’ is an invaluable aid for diagnosis..
