Does this cover Maintenance like oil and filter changes

My truck is coming up on the 20,000 maintenance. I need to know if the 50 dollars covers that. I saw the estimate is around 600 dollars and the is pretty pricy. I have a shop down south in St George that said it will do it for 150 dollars but I do not think they do all that is needed.
