what temperature should the oil be. 2015 cayman is at 220 degrees at highway spd

water temp is at 194 degrees and oil pressure is at 35 psi at 3,000 rpm in 6th gear going about 73mph Is this all normal? the car says its all normal according to the gauges but I just got the car so not sure.

What makes this problem better or worse?
