Hesitation shifting gears

I have a 2017 Cayenne and had the same problem. The issue was the transfer Case. Since it was not under warranty I asked a Non Porsche but Specialized Garage for an Estimate. He informed me that Porsche extended the warranty to 10 years on that part as they recognized the part Failure. I went to the dealer and sure enough, they fixed it under warranty! Porsche 4ever!
