I have heard of the starters heating up on these and causing issues when hot. They are under the intake. From the sound of it though the car is cranking fine but won't catch as quickly. That definitely points to the fuel system or possible a sensor that when hot is reading slowly or not responding. Unfortunately this will be tough to diagnose without a hands on inspection. We could guess at a few things but it won't be cost effective to replace parts without a full diagosis. Use this link to find a shop near you.
